• User Content: Files you upload (sponsor logos, single PNGs) and text data (tournament names, custom headers) are stored on our servers to render your live overlays.
• Technical & Usage Data: We log IP addresses, browser types, and usage timestamps to prevent unauthorized domain access and secure our system.
• Network Data: We track referral links and multi-level marketing (MLM) points associated with your account.

2. Payment Processing & Security

When you purchase a subscription or modules, all payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. M LIVE LAYER does not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI PIN details on our servers. We only retain transaction IDs and billing history for your account management.

3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising

To support our platform, we may display advertisements served by third-party vendors, including Google.

5. Data Security, Quotas & Account Deletion

Your uploaded images are stored securely within your allocated storage quota (e.g., 50MB). We do not share or sell your data to external parties. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated files from our servers, you can contact support, and we will remove your data within 7-14 business days.
