No legal copyright infringement claims can be made against M LIVE LAYER regarding these inherent structural templates.
Due to the digital nature of M Live Layer's broadcast services, all payments and plan purchases are final and non-refundable. Since our overlays and graphics are delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer a cooling-off period or money-back guarantee. If you face any technical issues, our team will provide support, but no monetary refunds will be issued.

Our platform may include a reward or points system for active users. These points hold strictly NO real-world monetary or cash value. They can only be redeemed within the M LIVE LAYER ecosystem to unlock specific modules or extend access.
Any legal disputes, claims, or conflicts arising from the use of M LIVE LAYER, its billing, or these terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the District Courts Complex, Bathinda, Punjab, India. No other court or jurisdiction shall be entertained.
